To ensure that you have a seamless experience with your tufting gun, we offer a comprehensive 6-month Tufting Gun Warranty. This warranty is our commitment to providing you with support and assistance in case you have any issues with your machine.

Understanding Our Warranty Process

Our warranty process is designed to make it easy for you to address any concerns or malfunctions with your tufting gun. If you encounter a problem, the first step is to provide evidence of the issue, preferably in the form of a video demonstrating the malfunction. This allows our team to assess the situation accurately and provide guidance on the next steps.

Upon reviewing the provided footage, we may suggest solutions that can be implemented without the need to return the machine. Our goal is to help you resolve the issue efficiently and get back to your tufting projects as soon as possible. However, if the problem cannot be resolved remotely, we may request that you send the machine to our headquarters in New Zealand for further evaluation.

It is essential to note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the issue is determined to be a manufacturer's flaw. Our technicians will carefully assess the machine upon receipt to determine whether it can be repaired or if a replacement is necessary. At times, we are backlogged with quite a few machines, so please make sure you have told your customers that you will be without your machine for a few weeks. Or alternatively, have a backup machine if you are on a tight deadline. While EFFY completely understands the stress of deadlines and keeping a steady income, it's not our responsibility to ensure you meet your deadlines.

If a replacement is required due to a manufacturing defect, it will be provided at no additional cost and shipped to you promptly.

If a replacement is required because the machine is beyond repair, a new machine will be provided, but you will be required to cover the shipping fee to your region.

Important Warranty Considerations

As part of our warranty terms, it is crucial to use the correct adapter with your tufting gun to prevent any damage that could void the warranty. Different models, such as AK-V or AK-5, have specific voltage requirements that must be observed to ensure optimal performance and warranty validity. Additionally, using hessian or plastic tufting cloth with the machine can also impact the warranty coverage.

Warranty Extension

If you want to extend your warranty, we are happy to offer up to 2 years. Each consecutive 6 months will be an additional $150.

• Main mechanical components like the needle, scissor opener, scissor closer

Additional charges apply for bent bars and bent feet as we do not readily stock these parts.

Out-of-Warranty Repairs

If your warranty has expired, you can still get your machine fixed by contacting us at hello@allthingseffy.ca. We can arrange for you to return the machine to us for repair or service. Please note that our headquarters are in New Zealand.
