General Shipping Information:
Shipping rates are based on the size and weight of your total order as well as your location. Shipping Charges are shown at checkout prior to payment.
All parcels are shipped from Sydney, Australia unless you order Factory Direct Items
There are no additional duties and taxes to be paid on your orders if you are ordering from anywhere in Australia. If you are from the overseas, you will need to be familiar with your countries import duties and tax laws.
If you are in New Zealand you can order up to $1000NZD without being charged duties or tax.
If you are in Australia and ordering factory direct, you can order up to $1000AUD without being charged duties and addtional tax.
All shipments are tracked and insured.

Your order will be shipped within 1-3 business days and delivery within NSW is 2-4 business days, the rest of australia is 3-6 business days. Express Shipping NSW is 1-2 business days and 1-3 business days for the rest of Australia. Shipping times are estimates only. If you order is urgent for any reason please don't hesitate to let us know so we can insure the fastest delivery possible.
If you pre-order items, they will be dispatched as soon as the stock arrives at the warehouse. If you have concerns about a pre-order please email us at hello@allthingseffy.au.
When your order ships you will recieve another notification email with the tracking number. Sometimes tracking numbers can take 12-48 hours to become available. If you haven't recieved a tracking number please check your spam folder. You can also contact us at hello@allthingseffy.au

Missing shipments:
All of our parcels are tracked and it is your responsibility as the buyer to track your parcel. If the status is "delivered" but you have not received it, please check with neighbor's and other household member to see if someone picked the parcel up for you. Next reach out to the shipping provider with the tracking number to see if you missed the delivery notification. If you still cannot track the parcel please reach out to Carolyn at hello@allthingseffy.au so that we can process a claim on your behalf. Please note Postage claims can take up to 2 months business days. You will NOT be reimbursed until the claim is finalized.
If you need anything specific with your order like extra insurance, signature on delivery please let us know by email after ordering.
Damaged Parcels
Our priority is always to get you your order in prestine condition however damage can happen during transit even when every precaution is taken. If you feel you parcel has arrived damaged, please hold onto all the original packaging. Take photos / vidoes of the items in a variety of angles. The shiping provider will most likely need to inspect the items. Please also contact Carolyn within 3 days of delivery so that we can initiate a claim on your behalf.
Lost in Transit/ Not Delivered
Please note claims with shipping providers can take up to two months. While we appreciate the furstration of not recieving your parcel this is not EFFY's responsibility to re-imburse you. We will ask you to help us with the claims processs and will reimburse you ONLY when the claim has been finalized by the shipping provider.
We are simply too small of a company to cover lost parcels upfront. Particularly if you have an authority to leave at your residence.
Incorrect Address:
Before checking out please make sure your details are correct. We are not responsible for orders shpped to an incorrect address. You will not reiceve any refund unless the parcel is returned to us. In this case we will reimburse you for your order less the shipping fees.
Unclaimed Parcels:
If you do not claim your parcel there's a chance it will be returned to us. However this process usually takes several weeks. If you had an unclaimed parcel contact us.
FACTORY DIRECT SHIPPING:
This is something new we are offering which has been incredibly popular with our New Zealand shop. In this case we dispatch shipments from our suppliers factory
Why Factory Direct? We have worked with the same supplier from 4 years. We won't lie, there were quite a lot of hiccups as the manufacturers and engineers figured out what the tufting community required from their using these machines in their homes as opposed to them being used in the rug making industry. This meant we felt each machine needed to be viewed and tested personally by us. We were also learning so much about these machines and how they were being used! Over the last year we have not had one machine arrive at EFFY HQ that has not worked directly out of the box. This confidence in our supplier has lead to the decision to now trust that machines sent from the factory to your door will meet our expectation and we will stand behind that machine 100%
